      The HT R&D laboratory having Hydro Turbine/Pump Model Testing test bed and Water Flow calibration Facility, established in 2018, has been providing technical consultancy, research, training, testing and calibration in flow measurement for our clients across the globe. Activities of Water Flow calibration Facility are centered around calibration and testing of flow products including flow meters, valves with water as medium of flow.

  • Measuring tank calibration by calibration tank with 2 ton load cell
  • Moving Flap Flow Diveter for higher accuracy and better control
  • Accurate diversion time measurement by 12 digit precision counter triggered by Photo switch
  • Flow calibration range 75 l/s to 907 l/s
  • Flow velocity calibration range 0.8m/s to 10 m/s
  • Two pumps driven by VFD motors in parallel/series or solo mode for stable flow in full range
  • Facility for inline installation of flow-meter from 100-350 NB
